Every detail was really good, check-in was good, really enjoyable. The staff were efficient and useful. The room was unique, neat and had central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV. The breakfast was wonderful, savoury with a diverse assortment, excellent bread plus tea & bread. The hotel had an amazing location short walk from Murmeli Brunnen. The venue of choice in Zermatt.

Totally fun stay in the Zermatt area. Every detail was WONDERFUL from the beginning, including location and staff, I enjoyed it. The rooms were unique with balconies. The breakfast was included and consisted of eggs and cheese.

I loved this hotel, it's immaculately clean and bright. Food for breakfast was outstanding, eggs, pastries and toast. It was close enough to shops and Zermatt, fab central location overall.

The place is clean, the room is well kept, the staff is outstandingly accommodating! Exceptionally good breakfast, helpful service. It has unbeatable location within walking distance of a unique museum. The early check-in process too.
